All dried flowers, bouquets, vases, statues and other products are packed with love and care by our packers. We know exactly how best to ship the flowers and vases so that they are delivered to your home in perfect condition.

IMPORTANT: We take full responsibility for the risk of shipment and guarantee that all products are delivered to your home in perfect condition, so no risk for you as a customer.

Shipping of dried bouquets / dried flowersShipping of dried bouquets

Our dried bouquets are designed and made by top stylists who have been in the business for years. The experience of flower arranging is immediately reflected in our dried flower products. After the florists have arranged a bouquet, the bouquet is wrapped in a beautiful sleeve with a bow (see image below). This way, it is not only fun to order a dried bouquet from us, receiving the dried bouquet is even more fun.
Shipping pots/vases and bells

With our dried flowers in glass, you naturally want to be assured that your products will be delivered without a scratch, tear or crack. We have therefore tried many different packaging methods and materials to find out the best method. We are proud to say that with us, you can rest assured that your products will be delivered perfectly.

Returns

Read below - in brief - how the return process works.

Is it possible to return my products: we are very sorry, but returns are of course possible with us! It can always happen that you are not completely satisfied with the products. You therefore have a 14-day cooling-off period during which you can cancel your purchase. Read below how to return your product(s).

How to return products: follow the steps below to return your products:

• Step 1: put the products back in their accompanying packaging as best you can and enclose the packaging in the box (as it would be a shame if we do not receive the products properly/completely).
• Step 2: send an e-mail to [email protected] with your details (order number + name) and ask for a return label.
• Step 3: we will send you the return label by e-mail (so check your inbox).
• Step 4: print the shipping label, stick it on the box and take the box with the products to the nearest post office.

The purchase amount including the initial shipping costs will be refunded to your bank account as soon as we receive the products in good order. The deposit of the purchase amount and shipping costs takes a few days to process.

Conditions of return:

• Returns can only be made within the stipulated return period of 14 days.
• The return costs incurred are the customer's responsibility.
• The risk of the return is borne by the customer.
• We only accept returns if the products are delivered to us undamaged/used.
• Keep the Track & Trace code at hand; without a Track & Trace code (proof of dispatch), no investigation can be started if the return is missing.

Exchange products: in order to provide our customers with full service, it is also possible to exchange products at Flowerys.eu. This is only possible at our location, where the product, like a return, has to be delivered undamaged and unused.
