We at Flowerys.eu respect your privacy, but in order for the whole process to run smoothly, I sometimes need your personal data. Your data will be protected at all times, this privacy statement explains how I do that. Matters such as what your data is used for and how it is stored, processed and protected are covered in this statement. Personal data

To be able to offer our website and services, some personal data are collected. With the term personal data is meant; the data that can identify you as a person.

Log-in data

On www.Flowerys.eu it is not necessary for you to create an account. When creating an account, the following data will be stored: your first and last name, address, billing address, e-mail address, phone number, order history, delivery time and your password. This data is necessary to deliver the plants.

Orders

For orders, we need the following data: your name, address details, telephone number, e-mail address and your payment details. This data will be stored, registered and processed in order for the order to proceed properly. The address details will be provided to PostNL in order to deliver the order to the correct address.

Flowerys.eu offers newsletters. Newsletters are sent monthly. Through the newsletter, it is possible for you as a customer to stay informed about offers, nice news and possible actions. You can subscribe to the newsletter via an opt-in system. However, it is always possible to unsubscribe from the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at the bottom of the newsletter.

Social media

If you use the Social Media functions on the website, it is possible that the relevant Social Media company sends information. Some examples of such information are; your name, gender, friends list, profile picture and any other information. If you do not want this, it is recommended that you adjust the privacy settings on your Social Media account.

Simply because there is a share button on the website, the browser can send certain information to the relevant Social Media company. I - unfortunately - have no control over the data that may be sent.

How is the data secured

As already described in the first line; Flowerys.eu respects your privacy. The proper protection of your data is completely in line with this. I do everything possible to protect your personal data against use, modification or distribution. The following measures are taken to protect this data:

How long we keep personal data

Flowerys.eu will not keep your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which your data is collected. We use the following retention periods for the following (categories) of personal data:

Flowerys.eu does not sell your information to third parties and will only provide it to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we conclude a processing agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Examples of processors are: logistics partner (PostNL) and the payment provider. Data is then processed such as planning routes or processing a payment.

On the websites or social media account, it is possible that there is a link to another website. Flowerys.eu is not responsible for the content or privacy statement of these websites. To be sure that your privacy is also guaranteed by them, it is advisable to read the privacy-statement of the website concerned.

Modification of privacy statement

I may amend this privacy statement. If the change is so important, a notification will be displayed. An e-mail will be sent to those using the websites. If your e-mail address is not registered, it is advisable that you read the privacy statement - regularly.

Special and/or sensitive personal data we process

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data on website visitors who are under 16 years of age. Unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in their children's online activities to avoid collecting data on children without parental consent.
